(Manufacturer certainly didn't skimp on the flux coating -- more than I normally ever used the old-fashioned way dipping hot rod into powdered flux. Wish Hobart would offer just the bare rods thru Amazon. I've got enuf flux left in my can to last til Jesus comes.}
